AVOCADO TUNA SALAD RECIPE Ingredients: 1 large or 2 small avocados 1 can tuna in water (5 oz - 142g) 1/3 cup chopped red onion (50g) 1 tbsp yellow mustard 2 tbsp minced parsley leaves 1/2 lime juice 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp olive olive oil Preparation: Drain the tuna to remove any excess oil or water. In a large bowl, mash the avocado and flake the tuna with a fork. Add all other ingredients (red onions, mustard, parsley, lime juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper) and mix well to combine.
